RETURN POLICY

LAU ZOO stands behind its design and quality and we want you to be completely happy with your order. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned to LAU ZOO within 30 days of the date of the original purchase for a refund or exchange. We can no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. The item must be returned to us in pristine condition with the packing slip. This means unworn and unwashed. Please indicate on the packing slip which item you are returning and what item you would like to exchange it for. For refunds, we can only credit back your credit card for credit purchases, and no cash refunds can be given.

SHIPPING POLICY

We add a shipping charge of $3.99 for all of our orders . That's super cheap. But here’s the gem: You pay only $3.99 regardless of how many items you order. And if you order more than $50, shipping's free. Hip hip, Horray!
